Log into your account

If you've already created an account with us, log in to view your account statement, repairs history and your contact information. You will need your tenancy reference number (on your statement), your PIN, and your favourite word to hand. 

Update your details

If you've changed your phone number or email address, or you're living somewhere else for a period of time, then providing up to date contact details is a must. It's important we are able to contact you, particularly in an emergency effecting your property such as a leak or emergency repair.

Getting started

If this is the first time you've tried to access your account then you'll need the following to hand to register:


Mercian, Mole Valley, Old Ford and Roddons customers

  • Your tenancy reference number (6 digit no. found on your statement)
  • A valid email address
  • We will ask you to choose a password and memorable word

All other Circle customers

  • Your tenancy reference number (6 digit no. found on your statement)
  • A valid and current email address (Your login details confirmation will be emailed to you)
  • You will be asked to choose a favourite word

Once you've registered keep your password and tenancy number in a safe place for future use.

You can update the details we have about you using the Update Details form.
