Our standard telecare unit simply connects to an existing phone line (although we are happy to discuss alternative methods if this is unavailable). When the alarm button is pressed, it automatically dials through to our one of our friendly telecare team. They will speak to you via the unit’s loudspeaker and arrange the best help for you. Our fully trained team are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year – always on hand if help is required.
Our telecare unit can also work with additional sensors around the home should you require additional reassurance. Find out more about alarms and sensors.
Peter Savage has a history of strokes, and his wife Lee lives with a physical disability. In 2013 he returned home from hospital after a 14 week stay.
