We are an experienced and ambitious company with expertise in a broad range of property activities and services. We are the commercial partner of Circle – one of the leading providers of affordable housing in the UK, which manages more than 66,000 homes.
From sales and marketing services, to rental lettings, to property management and general housing consultancy services, our schemes are award-winning and we are proud of our teams who currently provide services to over 13,000 leaseholders.
Centra Pulse and Connect
Our telecare, out-of-hours and lone worker monitoring services
Centra Pulse (formally Invicta Telecare) is a non-profit making organisation, and part of Circle Housing. Centra Pulse's quality customer focused services enable vulnerable people both young and old, to live safely, happily and independently in their home.
At Centra Pulse, we tailor support to offer people a better quality of life with as much respect, dignity, choice and control over their own lives as possible, often avoiding costly admission to institutionalised care or hospital.
Centra Connect offers a 24 hour, UK-based call handling service, and our lone worker solutions give reassurance to staff. We offer a range of professional telephone call handling services; from managing repairs and maintenance to conducting customer satisfaction surveys. Our team are here 24/7 to handle customer queries and requests.
Our staff are hand-picked with over 80 hours of 121 training each, this is one of the things we take seriously at Centra Pulse.
Centra Care and Centra Support
Our care and support services
Centra Care and Support provide trusted services to individuals as well as organisations across England. Whether it’s helping people to live independently in their own homes, through domiciliary care, or providing supported accommodation to people with learning disabilities, we put people at the heart of everything we do.
We provide expert care and support to a wide range of people, including:

Alone in London
Our specialist youth homelessness service

Prime Care Community Services
Prime Care, founded in 2001, is one of the leading domiciliary care providers based on the South Coast of the UK. It has seven branches in East/West Sussex, Hampshire and Dorset.
Services include: personal care, companionship, assisted breaks, practical support, medication visits, home-from-hospital, rapid response, end-of-life, continuing and complex care. End users are mainly elderly, frail or housebound and Prime Care helps them to stay as independent as possible.
Always focused on maintaining its superb levels of staff excellence and the quality of its services provisions, Prime Care is one of the only care providers to have achieved the Investors in People Gold Standard.

Our staff undergo a mandatory training programme and, through our Investors in People accreditation, have access to a variety of specialist training and development opportunities. Friendly, dedicated and empathetic, our staff make us who we are.
Fully accredited
We are fully Care Quality Commission registered and compliant with the standards of Quality and Safety, as well as being accredited by the Centre for Housing and Support. Our telecare services are accredited by the Telecare Services Association and we’re also accredited to European Standards in Social Alarm Services.
