Our range of lifelines and personal alarms are designed to keep you or your loved ones living independently at home for longer. The telecare alarm unit can be enhanced to cater for a range of specific care needs through additional sensors.

All of our prices include VAT, with exception to our personal alarm unit and the wrist worn fall detector. You may be eligible to purchase these items exclusive of VAT if you live with a long term health condition. Read more about VAT exemption.

Plus £30 (£36 incl VAT) postage, packing and administration for self-installation or £55 (£66 incl VAT) for us to install.

Monthly telecare package - 2 months free

Monthly plan prices

Price: £12.41 A MONTH for VAT exempt customers for the first year. £14.89 if VAT payable for first year.

Plus £30 (£36 incl VAT) postage, packing and administration for customers who wish to install the alarm themselves or £55 (£66 incl VAT) to have one of our friendly team install it for you.
