Centra provides a range of high quality telecare monitoring, call handling, and face-to-face support services to over 200,000 customers across the UK. Our purpose is to enable people to live happy and independent lives by providing sustainable and trusted services.

Our Teletech Services

With over 30 years of experience delivering technology enabled care, we deliver expert services and the latest technology which keeps people independent and connected. We have a thriving client base including Local Authorities, Housing Associations and Charities as well as a growing number of people who purchase direct from us.

We are a member of the Telecare Services Association (TSA) and are accredited in their Installation, Monitoring and Service Tailoring modules. Our staff are hand-picked and receive over 80 hours of 121 training. Experienced, friendly and approachable they take pride in giving you a first class, professional service. 

Our Call Handling services 

We offer Out of Hours Emergency repair call handling, social media monitoring, welfare calls and customer satisfaction surveying services for Local Authorities, Registered Providers, Charities and private sector clients. We respond to an average of 200,000 calls every year from customers throughout the UK.  Our team of advisors is trained to resolve a diverse range of issues, from basic housing repairs through to major civil emergencies.  

Teletech for the Individual

With Centra you are a button push away from speaking to one of our team, 24/7, all year round. Our telecare unit connects to an existing phone line (although we are happy to discuss alternatives if this is unavailable).

When the alarm button is pressed, it automatically dials through to one of our friendly telecare team. They will speak to you via the unit’s loudspeaker and arrange the best help for you. Our fully trained team are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year – always on hand if help is required.

Our telecare unit can also work with additional sensors around the home for extra reassurance. Find out more about alarms and sensors.

We are fully Care Quality Commission registered and compliant with the standards of Quality and Safety. Our telecare services are accredited by the Telecare Services Association (TSA).
