Zoe - Centra support

Our approach

We believe in person centred planning; we always seek the views of people who use our services and our support is led by the goals and outcomes they want to achieve. Partnership working is important to us; we pride ourselves on our ability to link up and work with relevant statutory and voluntary agencies to provide a quality integrated service.

Our staff make us who we are

With Investors in People accreditation and a drive to develop each and every member of our staff, we ensure access to a variety of training and development opportunities. Our staff undergo mandatory training programmes and for some services will receive specialist training, such as working with local police to gain a better understanding of those fleeing domestic abuse. Friendly, empathetic and dedicated, our staff make our services the success they are.

Regional teams

We have three core regional teams, located in dedicated offices in Cambridge, London and Essex. Each team has its own operational managers, care coordinators, support coordinators and home care workers, allowing us to offer you the very best in value for money and flexibility.

Fully accredited

We are fully Care Quality Commission registered and compliant with Essential Standards of Quality and Safety. We are also accredited by the Centre for Housing and Support.
