You can either email firstname.lastname@example.org with your updated details or call 0300 333 6511 and speak to a member of the telecare admin team. 4 Can I take my personal telecare alarm with me if I move? Yes you can. Please remember to let us know when and where you are moving to so that we can update our details and ensure help is sent to the right place. If you need help uninstalling / reinstalling your alarm unit, please call us on 0300 333 6511. 5 I am not sure what telecare company I am with? The best way to find out is to press your button and ask the friendly operator at the end of the line. 6 My friend / relative / neighbour would like a personal alarm. Who do they need to talk to?
