Each year we undergo a stringent audit by the Telecare Services Association’s (TSA) code of practice and we have achieved accreditation in every aspect of our services since it began.
We are extremely proud of our team who have been chosen for their caring and friendly manner. They receive at least 80 hours of training before they start answering calls and are equipped to deal with lots of different situations and help people with different needs. Many of our customers know them by name and often say how helpful and reassuring they are, especially during an emergency.

Although we provide our service to so many people, we work hard to make sure every single customer receives a first class service. Last year over 99.5% of our customers told us they were satisfied with the services we provide.
