At Centra Telecare formally Invicta Telecare, we provide 24/7 in-home telecare services, giving vulnerable people living alone a lifeline should they need it. We tailor our support to offer people a better quality of life with as much independence as possible, often avoiding costly admission to institutionalised care or hospital.
If a customer wishes to raise the alarm they simply press the button on their pendant or wristband.
Within seconds you are automatically put through to one of our team via the loud speaker on the main unit.
One of our team will then assess the situation and will call one of your nominated contacts or call for medical assistance should you need it.
