Our Telecare monitoring services
With over 30 years of experience delivering technology enabled care, we deliver expert services and the latest technology which keeps people independent and connected. We have a thriving client base including Local Authorities, Housing Associations and Charities as well as a growing number of people who purchase direct from us.
We are a member of the Telecare Services Association (TSA) and are accredited in their Installation, Monitoring and Service Tailoring modules. Our staff are hand-picked and receive over 80 hours of 121 training. Experienced, friendly and approachable they take pride in giving you a first class, professional service.

Centra supports a range of client groups, from people with mental health needs to domestic abuse survivors. By offering more choice and control, we put customers at the heart of everything we do.
Our Call Handling services
We offer Out of Hours Emergency repair call handling, social media monitoring, welfare calls and customer satisfaction surveying services for Local Authorities, Registered Providers, Charities and private sector clients. We respond to an average of 200,000 calls every year from customers throughout the UK. Our team of advisors is trained to resolve a diverse range of issues, from basic housing repairs through to major civil emergencies.
We are fully Care Quality Commission registered and compliant with the standards of Quality and Safety. Our telecare services are accredited by the Telecare Services Association (TSA).
