Centra Support, part of Circle Housing Group, has today announced the acquisition of Prime Care Community Services Limited, a leading domiciliary care provider that operates across the South Coast of the UK.
Prime Care Community Services provides a wide range of home care choices for people in their own home. This includes personal care, companionship and assisted breaks, practical support, medical visits, home from hospital, rapid response and end of life care services. The company employs over 300 carers and has seven branches across the South Coast. The acquisition advances Circle Support’s ambition to become a leading player in the UK’s domiciliary care market with a drive to increase both its geographic reach and service capabilities.
Circle’s Group Chief Executive, Mark Rogers, said: “This is a key acquisition for us. Prime Care is a leading provider and has an outstanding reputation for the quality of its service provision.
