Circle Housing, is one of the UK’s largest providers of affordable housing. But we don’t just build houses, we create safer, happier, friendlier communities for everyone.
Centra has a fresh and dynamic approach to pursuing new commercial opportunities, partnerships and business growth. We are always keen to explore new ways to generate revenue and deliver the best possible service to our customers and partners.
Why we do it
We have a growing number of commercial services to support local authorities, other housing associations, ALMOs and community land trusts. These partnerships help us deliver revenue to Circle Housing that can then be re-invested in further homes and services for customers.
Enhancing life chances
Although Centra is part of a large housing group, we like to do things a little differently from other housing groups. Centra’s mission, like Circle Housing, is ultimately to enhance the life chances of our customers and residents by providing desirable homes, trusted services, and building sustainable communities. That’s why our core belief is ‘Enhancing Life Chances’.
We do this by making sure we live by the following values in everything that we do:
- Human focused - We put our customers and our people at the heart of everything we do.
- Stronger together - We’re a joined up team working together for the same purpose.
- Moving forward - We’re optimistic, passionate and forward-thinking. If there is a better way to do something we are confident we’ll find it.
- Efficient - We know how to get things done and we deliver value every day.
Mission
To enhance the life chances of our customers.
